Oil - 2 Spoons
Egg - 4 Nos
Cinnamon -1, Cloves -4, Bay leaves -2 and fennel seeds
Big Onion - 50 grams
Big Tomato – Big size 2 Nos
Curry leaves and coriander leaves
Garlic paste - 1 Spoon and ginger paste - 1 Spoon
Chilli powder - 1 Spoon
Turmeric Powder – ½ Spoon
Coriander powder – 1 Spoon
Salt to taste
Method of preparing Egg curry:
Switch on the stove place the kadai heat 2 spoons of oil into the Pan wait till oil gets heat after add cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves and fennel seeds into the oil, fry for a min.
Now add the onion fry for 5 mins, and add curry leaves, add garlic paste and ginger paste fry till raw smell goes and add tomatoes fry for 2 mins.
Now add salt to taste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and add 1 glass of water allow to boil close a lid and let it fry for few mins, after the water boiled, now add the egg into it boil for another 5 mins close a lid.
After 5 mins now open the lid. Garnish with coriander leaves. Now our delicious Egg curry is ready to serve.
